Introduction

BizBlocz is a product of NAVTEVA Services LLC (“NAVTEVA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the BizBlocz website and tools at bizblocz.com.

Information We Collect

Account & Profile Data

When you create a BizBlocz account, we collect:

  • Email address — used for authentication and account communications
  • Password — stored as a cryptographic hash; we never store or transmit your plaintext password
  • Company information — company name, industry, size, region, and country (provided during onboarding; optional fields are not required)
  • Professional profile — display name, job title, function, and level (provided during onboarding)

Assessment Data

When you use the AI Value Assessment Tool, you may optionally save assessments to your account. Saved assessments include: the process area selected, cost inputs, slider settings, and calculated results. This data is stored in association with your company account and is accessible only to members of your company workspace.

If you use the AI Value Assessment without logging in, no data is stored on our servers after your session ends.

Community Interest Form

If you submit the “Join the Community” form on our landing page, we collect: your email address, name (optional), company (optional), role/title (optional), product interests (optional), and referral source (optional). This information is used to keep you informed about new tools, research releases, and early access opportunities.

Technical Data

Like most web services, our infrastructure may automatically collect technical information including IP addresses, browser type, and request logs. This data is processed by our hosting providers (Vercel and Supabase) as part of normal infrastructure operations.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the BizBlocz platform and your account
  • To save and retrieve your assessment history
  • To send you communications about new tools, research, and product updates (community members only)
  • To improve our tools and benchmark methodology over time
  • To ensure the security and integrity of the platform

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States. We use:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Row-Level Security (RLS) policies so each company can only access its own data
  • Cryptographic password hashing (Supabase Auth, powered by bcrypt)
  • Server-side processing for all proprietary calculations — no business logic is exposed to the browser

Cookies & Authentication

BizBlocz uses secure, HTTP-only cookies for authentication session management. These are essential cookies required for the platform to function — they are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not currently use third-party analytics or behavioral tracking tools.

Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Community interest registrations are retained until you request removal. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.

Third-Party Services

BizBlocz is built on the following third-party infrastructure. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for information about how they handle technical data:

  • Vercel — hosting and edge network (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
  • Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)

Your Rights

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account (if you have one) and posted on this page with an updated revision date.
