Use of Tools

BizBlocz provides free AI assessment tools for informational and educational purposes only. You may use these tools for personal or business evaluation, subject to the following conditions:

  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms, scoring formulas, or benchmark data from the tools.
  • You will not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the tools or extract data.
  • You will not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the tool outputs without prior written consent from NAVTEVA.

Intellectual Property

All content, scoring methodologies, benchmark compilations, user interface designs, and software code on BizBlocz are the intellectual property of NAVTEVA Services LLC. The BizBlocz name and logo are trademarks of NAVTEVA Services LLC.

Research data referenced in our tools is attributed to its original sources. NAVTEVA does not claim authorship of third-party research. See our Disclaimer for details.

No Warranty

BizBlocz tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NAVTEVA does not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAVTEVA Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of BizBlocz tools, including but not limited to business decisions made based on tool outputs.

Changes to Terms

NAVTEVA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of BizBlocz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
